Born and bred in Brooklyn, New York, MONDO evolved in the middle of one of the most important movements in the history of dance music: The New York City Underground.
MONDO was mentored by “The Father of Modern DJing” Francis Grasso and cut his teeth not only in the best clubs in NYC but often skipped overseas to Europe. His residencies over the past few decades In the booth at some famous underground clubs located in alphabet city.
MONDO´s syndicated hard hitting Gravity Radio show reaches an average of 5,000 listeners per week and is blasted to over 50 stations world wide where he is often ranked amongst legendary artists like Adam Beyer and Nicole Moudaber.
Today MONDO is signed to Techno icon Christian Smith´s TRONIC label and has positioned himself perfectly to take the ever evolving Techno scene to the next level with his ground-breaking, chart pounding productions and his unforgettable DJ sets forged by decades of supreme selection experience.
