Florian Kruse & Raphael Hofmann are back on Katermukke. ‚Soulmates‘ is the name of the EP and the first Track. It has hissing and noisy percussions, voluminous playful keys and a vigorous but soft kick. All these harsh and gentle sounds scapes are coming together to build a determined track having a perky flavour. With ‚0303’ they made a hypnotic piece of music. The wobbling heavy bass combined with with a slow arpeggio keeps carrying you away. Additionally does the mood of the track change in wave form being an interplay of action and calmness turning the experience of listening into a rollercoaster ride. As an extra did Danito & Athina create a remix of ‚Soulmates‘, which keeps it dreamful but goes down a more straight road to keep it functional for the dance floor – and it works.
